Notice for LAVTA Atlantis Parking Lease

Leased Premises: The Premises, or Leased Premises, is located at 875 Atlantis Court, Livermore California, and consists of approximately 10,000 square feet at the Facility (the “Premises”) for Lessee’s executive use throughout the term of this Lease. The Premises are outlined in Exhibit A.

Lease Term: One (1) year, at any time during the initial term, either party may terminate the Lease upon a thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party. Lessee shall have the option to request an extension of this Lease for (2) additional one (1) year periods by notifying LAVTA in writing of its election to extend the Lease at least thirty (30) days before the expiration date of the then current term.

Fees: The Lease fee is $0.72 per square foot per month for the 10,000 square feet of the Premises (i.e. $7,200 per month) for the duration of the initial term of the Lease. The Lease fee shall also be increased for each one (1) year extension period in direct proportion to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), if any.
