Below are links to the Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports of the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority for fiscal years 2006-2022.
This report has been prepared by the Administration Services Department following the guidelines recommended by the Government Financial Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) and is in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles for state and local governmental entities established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). Responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and fairness of the presented data and the clarity of presentation, including all disclosures, rests with the management of the Authority.

Short Range Transit Plan
The purpose of the Wheels SRTP and Strategic Plan is to establish an overall vision and mission for Wheels, and develop a series of goals and strategies to guide the future development of Wheel’s services, programs and organization.
The Plans provide a framework through which Wheels’ administrative, operational and communication processes can be reexamined. Through this process, Wheels staff will be able to craft the Agency’s direction and strategic business plan.
