Your Clipper card allows you to easily transfer to partner transit services. Clipper is now also available in our mobile app for contactless payment. Adult, Youth and Senior Clipper cards available at Wheels Administrative Offices and Livermore Transit Center.

- Monthly pass purchases are non-refundable.
- Children under age 6 ride for free with a fare-paying passenger.
Know before you go
- Get one free transfer within 120 minutes of initial fare payment when using your Clipper card
- No transfers issued with cash fare payment
- No paper transfers from other agencies
- Free transfers between Wheels, County Connection, Tri Delta Transit and WestCAT routes within a two-hour window with your Clipper card, with a maximum daily fare of $3.75 for Adult and Youth cards and $1.75 for Senior/Disabled/RTC cards
- Receive fare credit for transfers from BART with your Clipper card
- Transfer to/from ACE Rail for free with valid ticket
