RFP 2023-08 LAVTA Wireless Network Site Surveys, Configuration and Upgrade Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposers or Consultants) to provide Wireless Network Site Surveys, Configuration and Upgrade Services primarily consisting of  a comprehensive review of the current wireless environment at our 1362 Rutan Court and 2500 Railroad locations, make recommendations for upgrade and improvements to the physical equipment, along with engineering services to remediate, reconfigure the networks to provide the most effective, high performing wireless networks.

LAVTA intends to award a 1-year term contract for Services to one (1) successful Proposer(s). The successful Proposer(s) will execute an Agreement for Services. Please refer to Appendix [B].

LAVTA intends to adhere to the following solicitation timeline, which is subject to change at LAVTA’s sole discretion:

Proposals will be received by David Massa at procurements@lavta.org until 12:00 p.m. on September 25, 2023. Hard copy submissions will NOT be accepted. Hard copies received will be returned (unopened) to Proposers without consideration.  However, upon request, copies of the RFP may be obtained by contacting LAVTA at (925) 455-7550.
